1. What Final Sweep Chicago is

Final Sweep Chicago is a referral and matching website that helps users submit move-out cleaning, apartment cleaning, deep cleaning, pre-walkthrough cleaning, and related cleaning requests. Final Sweep Chicago is not a cleaning company, maid service, contractor, employer of cleaners, or cleaning provider.

2. Independent providers

Any provider that contacts you or performs work is an independent third party. Providers are solely responsible for their own pricing, quotes, scheduling, availability, insurance, supplies, access requirements, service quality, customer service, representations, and work performed.

3. No guarantee of service

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, accept the job, provide a quote, arrive at a specific time, or perform the requested service.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate request details and not submit unlawful, unsafe, false, abusive, or unrelated information. You are responsible for making any building access, entry, elevator, parking, and timing arrangements directly with the provider.

5. Quotes, payments, and work performed

Final Sweep Chicago does not set final prices, collect service payment, manage scheduling, supervise providers, or guarantee provider work. Any quote, payment, service agreement, or dispute is between you and the independent provider.

6. Photos and uploaded content

If you upload a photo, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not include sensitive, unlawful, or unnecessary personal information. Photos are intended only to help a provider understand the cleaning request.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Final Sweep Chicago is not responsible for damages, losses, injuries, property damage, theft, missed appointments, pricing disputes, service quality issues, or other claims arising from services performed or not performed by independent providers.

3. How we share your information

We may share your request details and contact information with one local cleaning provider so they can contact you about pricing and availability. We also use third-party service providers to help operate the website, including form processing, file upload handling, email delivery, hosting, analytics, security, and storage tools.

For example, Final Sweep Chicago may use Formspree or a similar form-processing provider to receive, store, process, and forward form submissions, including your contact information, cleaning details, timing preferences, and optional photo uploads.

4. What we do not do

We do not intentionally sell your request as a lead blast, publish your personal information, or send your request to a bunch of random companies. The goal is one request, one local provider.

Referral Disclaimer

Final Sweep Chicago is a local referral site. We match your request with one independent Chicago cleaning provider, who handles the cleaning directly. Final Sweep Chicago is not the cleaning company and does not perform cleaning services.
